Who is The Saucy Cook?

The Saucy Cook provides gourmet, international, hard-to-find food and cooking/baking products and education to Lincoln and Southeastern Nebraska. 

There are some markets that we feel are under-served in the Lincoln area: 

• High-end gourmet items, like olive oil and cheese
• Restricted diets (Kosher, low-sodium and/or sugar-free, food allergies such as gluten,  etc.). 
• Baking and cake decorating
• Organic and natural foods  
• International foods are becoming much more common in Lincoln, but we can demystify the use of some of these products through cooking demonstrations and other educational resources.
